What happens to what you type
The change order is calculated in your browser. There is no account, database or upload endpoint, and nothing you enter is sent to Toolwoven.
Saved in this browser
So your work is still there when you come back, the current change order (fields, line items, previous change orders and the optional contractor logo) is saved in this browser’s local storage under the key tw-42-changeorder:draft:v1. It stays on this device. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it, and “Start a blank change order” replaces it.
Files you download
The PDF and CSV files are created in your browser and saved wherever you choose on your device. Printing uses your browser’s print dialog.
Logo images
If you add a contractor logo, the image is read and resized in your browser and saved with the draft in local storage. It is not uploaded.
Hosting and visit statistics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which, like any web host, processes technical request data such as IP address and browser type to serve the pages.
On renpavo.net, Cloudflare Web Analytics is switched on. Cloudflare adds a small script (static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js) that reports page views and page-load timing to renpavo.net/cdn-cgi/rum, so the site owner can see aggregate visit counts and speed. Cloudflare says Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors by IP address or user agent (cloudflare.com/web-analytics, read 2026-10-21; how the script reports: Web Analytics FAQ, read 2026-10-21). The statistics do not include anything you type into the change order, your saved draft or the files you create. There are no advertising scripts.
